The Borough participated in the Online Tax Sale Auction for the sale of 2024 (& prior) delinquencies. With the support of the Committee we were again granted permission to participate in the on line tax sale and the tax sale was once again extremely successful. We are proud to say the tax collection rate for 2025 is 98.34%. This 2025 Annual Report is a synopsis of the tax account balances as of 12/31/2025 which shows the added/omitted taxes billed, as well as the collections made for the Current (2025) and delinquent (2024) Tax Years. It also includes balances (transfers, assignments, and redemptions) on municipal held liens. The remaining portion of 2025 taxes still open and due is $224,737.80 and qualifying properties will be sent to Tax Sale come May 2026.
