2026 FREE RABIES CLINIC 
 
Wednesday, May 20, 2026  
At the NJRFR Firehouse 1600 New York Avenue  
Starting at 4:00pm – 8:00pm 
Mayor Brian P. Stack and The Board of Commissioners will be offering free rabies vaccines to Union City 
dogs.  A licensed Veterinarian will administer the vaccine. 
 
Annual Pet Licenses 
All Union City dogs must be licensed by January 31, 2026. 
Licenses can only be issued with rabies vaccination certificate. 
License fee is $12.00 if spayed/neutered or $15.00 if unaltered. 
 
Checks or Money Order will be accepted. 
Checks must be payable to City of Union City 
 
All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier accompanied by an adult who must be able to place the animal 
on the examining table. 
 
REMEMBER: Your pet is a family member. There is no cure for rabies, so vaccination is 
critical.  Licensing ensures a safe return should they ever get lost.

El alcalde Brian P. Stack y la Junta de Comisionados ofrecerán vacunas contra la rabia gratuitas a los 
perros cuyos dueños viven en Unión City 
Un veterinario con licencia administrará la vacuna.

Todos los perros de Unión City deben tener licencia antes del 31 de enero de 2026.
