Raffle Application

This document is an application for a Raffle License from the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Consumer Affairs, Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission. The application requires organizations to provide details about their organization, the dates and times of the raffles, the expenses associated with the games, the specific purposes to which the net proceeds will be devoted, and a description of the prizes to be offered. The completed application, along with the applicant's registration slip, must be submitted in four copies to the Municipal Clerk’s office in the municipality where the games will be conducted.
