We need your help to keep our city clean. I am sure you have witnessed 
how hard our Department of Public Works is working to keep our city 
clean. They work 7 days a week! Please help to keep your sidewalk clean. 
If garbage is stored in front of your building/home please be sure it is 
in strong garbage containers with tight fitting lids. All 
garbage must be kept out of public view. When you 
put your garbage out on garbage night it must be after 
7:00pm in thick plastic bags or garbage containers 
with tight fitted lids.
If you need a recycling container please call me.

contenedores de basura fuertes con tapas ajustadas. 
Toda la basura debe mantenerse fuera de la vista del 
público. Cuando coloque su basura en la noche, debe ser 
después de las 7:00 p.m. en bolsas gruesas de plástico 
o en contenedores de basura con tapas ajustadas.

on the following days.

22nd street- 36th street     Monday Night & Thursday Night 
37th street – 49th Street    Tuesday Night & Friday Night  
Recycling Schedule 
Card Boards and Newspapers need to be flattened and tied down in bundles. All 
cans and bottles need to be discarded in clear transparent garbage bags or placed in 
Orange Recycling Receptacles without bags. All Recycling should be brought out 
to the curb after 8PM on the following days
