Raffle Application

This document is a New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs application for a Raffle License. The application requires the applicant to provide information about the organization, the dates and times of the raffles, the location where the raffles will be held, a schedule of expenses, the purpose for which the net proceeds will be used, a description of the prizes, and information about the officers and members of the organization. The completed application, along with the applicant's registration slip from the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, must be submitted to the Municipal Clerk’s office in the municipality where the games will be conducted.
