Pay Tax Bill With Electronic Debit Form

This document is an Authorization of Direct Withdrawal form for property owners in the Township of Upper to pay their property taxes via electronic debit. Property owners can initiate this service or change existing account information by completing the form and providing relevant property and bank details, including a voided check for verification. To enroll, applications must be received at least 10 days prior to the next payment date, and taxes must be current. Payments will be debited quarterly on the 3rd of February, May, August, and November, or the next business day if the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday. Authorization remains in effect until cancelled in writing with at least 30 days' notice prior to the scheduled debit.
