PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Wall is accepting proposals for the 
provision of the following professional services to the Township of Wall during the year 2020.  
 
• Auditor 
• Prosecutor 
• Architect 
• Public Defender 
• Bond Counsel 
• Planning Board Attorney 
• Board of Adjustment (Zoning) Engineer 
• Planning Board Engineer 
• Board of Adjustment (Zoning) Attorney 
• Planning Board Consulting Planner 
• Board of Adjustment (Zoning) Consulting 
Planner 
• Real Estate Appraisal Consultant 
• COAH Planner 
• Rent Control Attorney 
• Consulting Engineer 
• Special Counsel- Litigation 
• Consulting Planner 
• Special Counsel- Conflicts 
• Environmental Attorney 
• Special Projects Engineer 
• Environmental Engineer 
• Tax Counsel 
• Labor Attorney 
• Township Attorney- General 
Matters 
• Mt. Laurel/ Affordable Housing Counsel 
• Water/ Sewer Engineer 
• Municipal Court Judge 
 
 
The Township and the other Township Boards identified above seek to appoint qualified 
individuals to the referenced positions through a fair and open process for the year 2020. 
 
All proposals shall be submitted to Jeffry Bertrand, Wall Township Administrator, 2700 Allaire 
Road, Wall, New Jersey, 07719, no later than Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. 
Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-
20.4 et seq. and N.J.S.A 40A:11-4.3, 4.4& 4.5 A copy of the proposal document may be obtained by
