TOWNSHIP OF WALL 
NOTICE TO BIDDERS 
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that separate sealed bids will be received by the Township Committee of 
the Township of Wall, Monmouth County, New Jersey for the lease of real property owned by the 
Township of Wall and located on Allaire Road and designated. on the Township Tax Map as Block 
805 Lot 7.04 (formerly Lot  7.01) (consisting of 112.29 acres+/-) and Block 275 Lots 101 and 3 ( 
consisting of 20.04 acres +/-) for the sole purpose of growing, harvesting and storing mixed grass, 
grains and hay,  as more particularly described in the Bid Specifications and Bid Proposal Forms which are 
on file in the Township Clerk's Office located in the Municipal Building, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall Township, 
New Jersey and may be inspected and obtained during the Clerk's normal office hours. 
The sealed bids will be received by the Township at the foregoing address on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 
10:00am No bids will be received after this specified date and time. 
Bids must be made on the standard proposal form(s) in the manner designated therein and required by the 
Specifications and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and 
clearly labeled "Bid for Lease of Block 805 Lot 7.04 and Block 275 Lots 1.01 and 3” on the outside of the 
envelope. All envelopes shall be addressed to the Township Clerk of the Township of Wall.  
The Lease is for a term of three years (3) with a two year (2) optional extension.  The initial term of the Lease 
will commence on May 1, 2020 and end on April 30, 2023, with the Township having the option to renew for 
a two year (2) additional period.  The minimum bid for the annual rental is $300.00 per year.

or phone 732-449-8444 Ext. 2200.     
 
The Township Committee of the Township of Wall reserves the right to reject all bids where the highest bid 
is not accepted. The Township further reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and the right to 
reject any or all bids of deemed to be in the best interest of the Township to do so, and reserves the right to 
hold the bids and proposal guarantees of the three (3) lowest regular bidders for sixty (60) days before making 
an award of contract and each bidder agrees that he will not withdraw his bid for that period of time. 
If bids for more than one publicly bid lease are received at the same date and time, the Township shall 
designate the sequencing of the bid openings at its discretion. 
 
Bidder is required to comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations including P.L. 1975, C.127 (Affirmative 
Action) P.L. 1999, C238 (Public Works Contractor Registration) and P.L. 1963, C.150 (Prevailing Wages), if 
applicable. 
Bidder is required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 if 
applicable. 
Bidder is advised of the responsibility to comply with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13, if applicable. 
Bidder is required to submit with its bid a valid Business Registration Certificate issued by the State of New 
Jersey. (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) if applicable.
