NTB Bulk Waste Material Recovery Facility

The Township of Wall, NJ, solicited bids for a bulk material recovery facility capable of processing construction and demolition waste, rubbish, bulk, trash, and other type 13 and 13C waste materials delivered by the Township. Bids were due on November 1, 2019, at 10:00 AM, and had to be submitted to the Township Clerk at 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey 07719. Bids required a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of 10% of the bid amount, not exceeding $20,000. The Township Committee reserved the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. The Township also reserved the right to hold the bids and proposal guarantees of the three lowest regular bidders for 60 days before awarding the contract. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Affirmative Action, Public Works Contractor Registration, and Prevailing Wages, was required. A valid Business Registration Certificate issued by the State of New Jersey was also required with the bid.
