TOWNSHIP OF WALL 
NOTICE TO BIDDERS 
 
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that separate sealed bids will be received by the Township 
Committee of the Township of Wall, Monmouth County, New Jersey for the purpose of purchasing 
one Emergency Medical Services Billing And Collection Services To The 
Township Of Wall as more particularly described in the Bid Specifications and Bid Proposal 
Forms. All bids may be mailed in or delivered to the Township Clerk, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall 
Township, New Jersey. Bids will be opened and read in public at the Wall Municipal Building, 2700 
Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey on January 7, 2020 at 10:00AM prevailing time. No bids will be 
received after the specified time and date. In the event that the Township receives bids for more than 
one publically bid project at the same date and time, the Township shall designate the sequencing of 
the bid openings in its discretion. 
 
 
  Specifications for the aforesaid contracts are on file in the Township Clerk’s office, 
Municipal Building, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey 07719 and copies thereof and of the form 
of proposal may be obtained during regular business hours by prospective bidders upon application 
to the Township Clerk. 
 
 
 Bids must be made on the standard proposal form(s) in the manner designated therein and 
required by the Specifications and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and 
address of the bidder and clearly labeled “Bid for Emergency Medical Services Billing 
And Collection Services To The Township Of Wall” on the outside of the 
envelope. All envelopes shall be addressed to the Township Clerk of the Township of Wall. Each 
Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten 
percent (10%) of the amount of the bid.  
 
The Township Committee of the Township of Wall reserves the right to waive any informality 
in bidding and the right to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Township 
to do so, and reserves the right to hold the bids and proposal guarantees of the three (3) lowest regular 
bidders for thirty (30) days before making an award of contract and each bidders consents to this 
extension of time and agrees that he will not withdraw his bid during the period of review time. 
Bidder is required to comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations including P.L. 1975, C. 
127 (Affirmative Action) P.L. 1999, C.238 (Public Works Contractor Registration) and P.L. 1963, C. 
150 (Prevailing Wages), if applicable.  
Bidder is required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 
17:27.     
Bidder is advised of the responsibility to comply with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13.  
Bidder is required to submit with its bid a valid Business Registration Certificate issued by the 
State of New Jersey. (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44).
