NTB - Retaining Wall at DPW Yard

The Township of Wall is seeking bids for the construction of a retaining wall at the Department of Public Works Recycling Facility located at 2301 Tiltons Corner Road. The base bid involves the installation of H piles, including mobilization, site clearing, excavation, demolition, soil erosion control, and soldier pile installation. Alternate No. 1 includes the installation of the retaining wall itself, involving mobilization, site clearing, excavation, demolitions, disposal, earthwork, backfill, soil erosion control, timber lagging, stone, timber cap, and bituminous concrete surfacing. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Township Clerk at 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, NJ 07719, or hand-delivered to the Wall Municipal Building by September 20, 2019, at 10:00 AM. A bid guarantee of 10% of the total bid amount, not exceeding $20,000, is required. Contract documents are available for examination and purchase at the Engineer's address for $50.00 per set.
