REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 
 
Request for Proposals for the 2019 Wall Township Fair June 27 – June 30, 2019.  
 
The Township of Wall is seeking to identify entities interested in responding to a 
Request for Proposal (RFP) for the furnishing of Carnival Rides and Food and Game 
Trailers for the 2019 Wall Township Fair.  The township has the option to extend the 
contract for an additional year (2020 Wall Township Fair:). 
 
Interested Amusement Companies may request a copy of the request for proposal 
(RFP) via email clerk@townshipofwall.com or phone 732-449-8444 Ext. 2200.    
Please reference 2019 WALL FAIR RFP in the subject line of all requests.   All 
requests should include the following information:   Company Name, email address, 
contact person, mailing address, telephone number and FAX number. 
 
Proposals shall be submitted no later than April 5, 2019 at 9:30AM. Proposals must 
have the RFP, name and full legal company name clearly indicated on the outside 
package.

Wall, NJ 07719
