West Deptford Township is actively soliciting comprehensive Insurance Brokerage Services through a transparent Fair and Open Competitive Bidding Process, adhering strictly to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-1 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7. This solicitation seeks a highly qualified brokerage firm to provide expert guidance and strategic solutions for the Township's entire insurance portfolio. The scope of work encompasses managing and procuring various insurance coverages, including but not limited to property, casualty, general liability, and potentially employee benefits, ensuring optimal protection for municipal assets, operations, and personnel. The selected broker will be instrumental in identifying cost-effective insurance programs and providing proactive risk management advice tailored to the unique needs of a public entity. Prospective contractors must submit a detailed professional resume or equivalent materials, including their full name and business address. Mandatory requirements include providing dates of licensure in the State of New Jersey, if applicable, a comprehensive listing of all professional affiliations and memberships in relevant societies or organizations, and an indication of any offices held within these bodies. Applicants must also specify the number of licensed professionals employed by or affiliated with their firm, list all special accreditations held by the individual or business entity, and enumerate all previous public entities served, noting the dates of service and positions held. The proposal must clearly state the proposed rate(s) of compensation requested for these services. Submission instructions require one (1) original proposal, clearly marked, one (1) electronic copy on a thumb drive, and one (1) full complete hard copy of all required information.
