Request for Proposals Township Professionals

West Deptford Township is actively soliciting proposals through a Fair and Open Process, in strict accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7, for a comprehensive suite of professional services for the upcoming contract term. This extensive procurement initiative covers crucial roles including an Administrative Agent for Affordable Housing, Labor Counsel, Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP), Redevelopment Counsel, Township Financial Advisor, Township Auditor, Township Bond Counsel, Township Engineer, Redevelopment Engineer, Affordable Housing Solicitor, Township Solicitor, Risk Management Consultant, Employee Assistance Program provider, Architect, Special Projects Engineer, Special Environmental Counsel, Special OPRA Counsel, and Special Counsel. The overarching objective is to secure highly qualified and experienced professionals or firms to support the Township's diverse operational, legal, financial, and developmental needs across various departments and initiatives. This submission must include, at minimum, the full name and business address of the applicant, dates of licensure in the State of New Jersey where applicable, a comprehensive listing of any professional affiliations or memberships in professional societies with any offices held, the number of licensed professionals employed by or affiliated with the applicant, and a listing of all special accreditations. Furthermore, applicants must provide a record of all previous public entities served, indicating the dates of service and the position held. A critical component of the proposal is the submission of the proposed rate(s) of compensation requested for the specified services. The Township emphasizes that contractor qualifications, demonstrated experience, and proposed fees will be key evaluation factors.
