Snow Removal & Plowing Services

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for Snow Removal and Plowing Services for the 2012-2013 contract year. Bidders must provide trucks with plows and/or dump trucks with roll-offs and drivers with appropriate CDL licenses. Services will be called upon as needed, with the determining factors being snow depth or equipment breakdowns. Payment for plowing services begins upon arrival at the Municipal Garage with assignment, and ceases upon release. Contractors are responsible for their own fuel and equipment, and no downtime due to equipment failure or breaks will be paid. All bidders must comply with Affirmative Action regulations and provide necessary registration certificates. Proposals are to be submitted in duplicate with no bid deposit required.
