2013 Contract for Athletic Equipment & Clothing for the West Orange Recreation Dept.

The Township of West Orange is soliciting bids for a 2013 contract for athletic equipment and clothing for the West Orange Recreation Department. Bidders must comply with Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, and possess a current New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. A bid deposit of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000, is required. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Sealed proposals must be clearly marked with the bid title, name, and address of the bidder and sent to the Township Purchasing Agent. The submission deadline is Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 11:00 a.m.
