2014 Contract for Food & Beverage Concession Stand

The Township of West Orange is soliciting bids for a Food & Beverage Concession Stand at the West Orange Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool. Bidders are required to submit sealed proposals that clearly indicate the title and their name and address. The submission deadline is Friday, April 25, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. Proposals must comply with Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts regulations. A security deposit of $1,500.00 by certified/cashier's check is required. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to adjust quantities.
