2015 Contract for Athletic Equipment and Clothing for WO Recreation Dept

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for a 2015 contract for athletic equipment and clothing for the West Orange Recreation Department. Interested parties can obtain the proposal package in person at the Township of West Orange Purchasing Room or by emailing a request. Proposals must be clearly marked and addressed to the Township Council. The submission deadline is Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Bidders are required to comply with specific New Jersey statutes regarding contract compliance and equal employment opportunities, and must possess a current New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. A bid deposit of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, is required in the form of a certified/cashier's check or bid bond. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
