2015 Real Estate Appraisal Services

The Township of West Orange is seeking Qualifications for Real Estate Appraisal Services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being solicited through a Fair and Open Process in compliance with New Jersey's "Local Unit Pay to Play" Law. Interested parties can obtain the proposal package in person at the Township of West Orange or by emailing a request. Submissions must be clearly marked and addressed to the Township Council. The due date for submissions is Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Compliance with specific New Jersey statutes regarding contract compliance, equal employment opportunities, affirmative action, business registration, and disclosure of ownership is required.
