2019 Contract for Recreational & Social Services

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for a three-year contract to provide recreational programs and social services, including preschool and after-school programs, for its residents. The selected entity will be responsible for implementing these programs within the Township and must provide suitable facilities. Proposals will be evaluated based on management, technical qualifications, and cost. The contract term may be extended for an additional two years. Respondents must comply with New Jersey's Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts statutes and regulations, and possess a current New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. Key submission requirements include adherence to affirmative action regulations and providing relevant disclosure forms. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any informalities. Proposals must be submitted by Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. and will be publicly opened at that time.
