2022 Contract for the Food & Beverage Concession Stand West Orange Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for a contract to operate the food and beverage concession stand at the Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool for the 2022 season, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. Applicants must be licensed food establishment owners or operators, have a licensed facility for food storage and preparation within a 30-minute drive of West Orange, and have been in legal operation for at least one year. The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and labor, complying with all health regulations including obtaining a retail food establishment license, and maintaining sanitary conditions. The Township will provide a refrigerator, freezer, grill, ice machine, service tables, and deep fryer on an "as-is" basis. Bidders must submit a bid deposit of $1,500. Proposals are due by May 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
