2023 Contract for Food & Beverage Concession at West Orange Ginny Duenkel Pool Season w/ Option

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for the 2023 Food & Beverage Concession Contract at the Ginny Duenkel Municipal Pool. The contract is for the 2023 pool season with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. Bidders must be licensed food establishment operators and have been in legal operation for at least one year. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and compliance with health regulations, although the Township will provide a refrigerator, freezer, grill, ice machine, service tables, and deep fryer. The vendor must also offer "healthy" menu options, including items like bottled water, unsweetened iced tea, fresh fruit, vegetable sticks, and yogurt.
