ADDENDUM #1 TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WORKERS COMP THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATION - REBID

The Township of West Orange is issuing Addendum #1 to its Request for Proposals (RFP) for Workers Compensation Third Party Administration – Rebid. This addendum addresses questions received regarding vendor eligibility (must be registered to operate in New Jersey and available for in-person meetings) and proposal submission methods (must follow RFP instructions). It also revises proposal requirements, stating that firms must provide a lump sum cost that includes all fees for Claim Administration and Managed Care. The contract period for these services is from June 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023. Proposals will be evaluated based on the most advantageous offer considering price and other factors. Failure to acknowledge this addendum may result in proposal rejection.
