Degnan Park Community Garden and Outdoor Fitness Area Improvements Project

This document is Addendum #2 for the Degnan Park Community Garden and Outdoor Fitness Area Improvements Project. It provides responses to bidder questions regarding specifications for site amenities and synthetic turf. Notably, it clarifies that bids should be based on Patterson Williams benches and GameTime shade structures.
