Addendum #2 to RFP - Workers Compensation 3rd Party Administration

The Township of West Orange is issuing Addendum #2 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Workers Compensation Third Party Administration services. This addendum revises the original RFP, and failure to acknowledge it will result in proposal rejection. The addendum includes specific data requests related to loss runs, billed amounts, amounts paid, and claim numbers for previous years, as well as details on current Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and managed care vendors and their contracts. The scope of services includes supervising the Township's workers' compensation obligations, maintaining records, filing reports, providing medical supervision, and managing bill repricing, network negotiation, and nurse case management. The contract period for these services is one year, from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. Proposals are due by February 1, 2022, at 10:00 AM.
