Addendum #2 Safe Streets And Roads For All, Studies, And Supplemental Planning Rfp

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for the SAFE STREETS AND ROADS FOR ALL, STUDIES, AND SUPPLEMENTAL PLANNING RFP. Addendum #2 changes the bid date to April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and addresses questions raised by prospective bidders regarding cost proposals, ESBE/DBE participation, evaluation criteria, and ASCE grades.
