Addendum #3 Safe Streets And Roads For All, Studies, And Supplemental Planning Rfp

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for the SAFE STREETS AND ROADS FOR ALL, STUDIES, AND SUPPLEMENTAL PLANNING RFP, as indicated in Addendum #3. Failure to acknowledge Addendum #3 or any other addendum in your submission shall require rejection of your proposal. Addendum #3 clarifies that the ESBE/DBE goal is 0% for this partially funded federal aid contract, eliminating the ESBE/DBE Participant line/requirement. The revised SAMPLE Cost & Work Hour Proposal has been attached to eliminate the ESBE/DBE Participant line/requirement. All current legal notices for the Township are published on the Township's official website for at least one week before being transferred to the Legal Notice Archive, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, effective March 1, 2026.
