Emergency Medical Services - Addendum No. 4

The Township of West Orange is issuing Addendum No. 4 for its Request for Proposal (RFP) concerning Emergency Medical Services. This addendum specifically revises the submission deadline from April 16, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. to April 30, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. This change is applicable only to vendors who have already received the RFP package and attended the pre-bid meeting held on February 5, 2014.
