Administrative Agent Services For Affordable Housing

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for Administrative Agent Services for Affordable Housing. Qualified firms or individuals with experience in affordable housing administration and compliance with Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) and Uniform Housing Affordability Controls (UHAC) regulations are invited to submit proposals. The services include implementing affirmative marketing plans, certifying applicants, maintaining affordability controls, preparing operating manuals, and providing regular reports. Bidders must comply with equal employment opportunities and have a current New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. Proposals are due by Friday, October 30, 2020, at 11:00 AM.
