Arborist Services - Planning Board

The Township of West Orange is soliciting qualifications for Arborist Services for the Planning Board for the 2026 calendar year. This is a "fair and open" procurement process in accordance with New Jersey statutes. Interested parties must submit sealed requests for qualifications no later than April 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Submissions will be opened and read aloud. Vendors must meet minimum experience requirements, provide detailed qualifications, references, and a cost proposal. Compliance with "Pay to Play" rules and other state regulations is mandatory. The selected firm(s) will enter into a 12-month contract, subject to Township Council approval.
