AUCTION OF SURPLUS TOWNSHIP EQUIPMENT

The Township of West Orange is conducting a public auction for the sale of surplus vehicles and trucks. These items are no longer in service and will be sold as a single lot of recyclable material. Bidders must be end market users and contribute to the Township's gross tonnage. A list of items is available on the township's website, and items can be inspected at the Department of Public Works. Sealed bids are due no later than 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 7, 2014, and should be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at the Municipal Building. All items will be sold "as is," and the successful bidder is responsible for payment by the next business day and removal within 72 hours.
