Cannabis Consultant- RFP

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for Cannabis Consultant Services. Qualified firms or individuals with expertise in New Jersey's cannabis regulations are invited to submit proposals. The consultant will be responsible for guiding the township on regulatory compliance, licensing processes, implementation support, community engagement, and security/public safety recommendations related to cannabis businesses. Submissions should include a consultant profile, project approach, references, and a cost proposal. Evaluation criteria will focus on qualifications, experience, methodology, understanding of regulations, cost-effectiveness, and references. Bidders must comply with various New Jersey statutes, including Affirmative Action and Pay-to-Play requirements.
