COMMUNICATIONS LEASE AGREEMENT- Mt. Pleasant Ave

The Township of West Orange is seeking bids for a Communications Site Lease Agreement for the right to lease space for the installation of communications equipment at Mt. Pleasant Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052 (Block 170.02, Lot 5.01). Bidders are invited to submit proposals for the rental of a portion of the Township-owned property and for simultaneous leasing of additional communications carriers at the site. Bids must be submitted by mail, overnight carrier, or in person to the Township Clerk's office by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Specification documents can be examined during business hours at the Township's administrative office; digital versions are available upon request via email. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive immaterial informalities, or accept any bid deemed in the public interest. A minimum annual rental bid of $44,000.00 is required, with 3% annual increases stipulated.
