CONTRACT FOR SNOW PLOWING,SALTING,REMOVAL AND SNOW HAULING

The Township of West Orange is seeking bids for Snow Plowing, Salting, Removal, and Snow Hauling Services for the years 2016 and 2017. Interested companies must obtain bid forms from the Purchasing Department at the Municipal Building or via email request. Sealed proposals, clearly marked with the bid title and bidder's information, must be submitted by mail or hand delivery to the Municipal Building. Bidders are required to comply with Affirmative Action regulations and must possess a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. A bid bond or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount (with specified minimum and maximum limits) is required. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance bond for 100% of the award amount. Failure to comply with bid instructions and submit all required forms may result in disqualification.
