FIRE HOUSE #4-SITE IMPROVEMENTS (RE-BID)

The Township of West Orange is seeking bids for Fire Station #4 – Site Improvements (Re-bid). The project involves reconstruction of pavement at the rear and front of the building, creation of two new parking spaces, and construction of an accessible walkway to the Pleasant Valley Way entrance. Additional work includes the installation of a new trench drain and inlet connected to the existing stormwater drainage system, as well as the replacement of sidewalks and aprons along most of the property frontage. Bidders must comply with New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and provide a bid bond of not less than 10% of the bid amount, up to a maximum of $20,000. A Consent of Surety, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Record of Recent Contract Awards are also required. Bids are due by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
