Furnish and Install Rooftop HVAC for WO Public Library

The Township of West Orange is seeking sealed proposals for the furnishing and installation of a rooftop HVAC unit for the Public Library. The required unit is a 40-ton Carrier 48A2 series heating/cooling unit or an equivalent. Bid forms are available in person or upon request via email. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the bid title and bidder's information, addressed to the Township of West Orange Purchasing Department. Submissions will be received by mail or hand delivery at the Municipal Building, 66 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052. The deadline for submission is Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at 11:00 AM, at which time bids will be publicly opened. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action laws. A certified/cashier's check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount (not to exceed $20,000) is required with each bid.
