GENERAL CONTRACT: WEST ORANGE PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Township of West Orange is seeking sealed bids for the GENERAL CONTRACT for the West Orange Public Library project. The scope of work includes all incidental work required for the library as detailed in the Project Manual. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 24, 2022, at 11:00 AM at 10 Rooney Circle, West Orange, NJ. Bids must be submitted by March 10, 2022, at 11:00 AM to the covered portion of the library in the parking lot behind Town Hall, located at 66 Main Street, West Orange. Bids must be accompanied by a 10% guarantee (certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, not exceeding $20,000), a consent of surety, and bidders must be authorized to do business in New Jersey and comply with Public Works Contractor Registration Act requirements.
