INSURANCE BROKER SERVICES-Request for Proposals

The Township of West Orange is seeking proposals for Insurance Broker Services. The selected firm will be responsible for a comprehensive range of services, including customer service support, client service support, employer education, monitoring insurance trends, administering annual benefit renewals, developing innovative and cost-effective plan designs, analyzing physician/provider networks, negotiating rates, managing new plan transitions, and providing employee education. The RFP also outlines requirements for onsite wellness programs and COBRA administration.
