Janitorial Services

The Township of West Orange is soliciting sealed bids for Janitorial Maintenance Services. Bid specifications are available in person or via email. Proposals must be clearly marked with the bid title and the name/address of the party submitting them. A certified check or bid bond of 10% of the bid (not to exceed $20,000) must accompany each proposal. Submissions must comply with state and local ordinances regarding business and employment practices, including pay-to-play requirements and disclosure of ownership. Bids are due by Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened publicly at that time. Late proposals will not be considered.
