Joseph Suriano Track & Football Field Lighting Improvements

The Township of West Orange is soliciting sealed proposals for lighting improvements at the Joseph Suriano Track and Football Field, located at West Orange High School on Conforti Avenue and Carteret Street. The project generally involves the installation of athletic track and field lighting with a new electric service. Prospective bidders can obtain copies of the plans and specifications from the Township Engineer's office for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Purchasing Agent, and must be received by 3:30 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. A bid guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000.00, is required in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond. The awarded bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract value.
