Marketing and Social Media Services

The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals for Marketing and Social Media Services. The objective is to promote the Township's assets, local businesses, and its message of “Where Invention Lives.” Services required include strategic marketing support, development of promotional materials, public outreach support, and recommendations for the Public Information Officer. Additionally, the proposal must cover the redesign and relaunch of the Township's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, including content creation and 24-hour monitoring. The contract will be for one year, subject to appropriated funds, with a total available amount not exceeding $15,000 for marketing services and $12,000 for social media services. Evaluation criteria will focus on proposer qualifications, experience with governmental agencies and social media management, knowledge of the local area, and cost.
