MUNICIPAL BUILDING INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS & REPAIRS PHASE I

The Township of West Orange is soliciting sealed bids for Municipal Building Interior Improvements & Repairs Phase I. The project scope includes cleaning, fixing and painting designated walls, providing new interior flooring and wall base, repairing/replacing ceiling tiles, replacing plumbing fixtures in private toilet rooms, and removing through-wall mechanical units, along with associated exterior wall modifications and window treatments. Bidders must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and the New Jersey Department of the Treasury. A non-refundable fee of $100 is required for plans and specifications. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 9, 2022, at 11:00 AM. Sealed proposals must be submitted by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
