Notice of Intent to Award a Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement

The Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, has issued a Notice of Intent to Award a Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. This notice pertains to the township's intention to participate in the Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC-Buy) Contract # AM10-18 for the purchase of one (1) Wheeled Coach Type 3 E450 Ambulance from Absolute Fire Protection Co., Inc. The HGAC-Buy contract term is from October 1, 2018, to September 30, 2020. Comments regarding this proposed contract must be submitted in writing to the Township of West Orange Purchasing Department no later than 3:00 p.m. on October 18, 2019.
