Notice of Intent - HVAC System- Carrier Corp

The Township of West Orange is issuing a Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (Sourcewell Contract # 030817-CAR) for the purchase and installation of HVAC split units. Specifically, the township intends to acquire 6-ton and 7.5-ton split units for the West Orange Town Hall. The Sourcewell contract with Carrier Corporation is valid from May 8, 2017, to May 8, 2022. Comments or objections regarding this intent must be submitted in writing to the Township of West Orange, Attn: Purchasing Dept., by 4:00 p.m. on May 7, 2021.
