NOTICE OF INTENT -NPPGov- Zoll Medical

The Township of West Orange is issuing a Notice of Intent to Award a contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with NPPGov Contract # PS20200. This contract is for the purchase of ZOLL AED 3® BLS EMS/FIRE Package and Zoll AED Simulator from Zoll Medical. The existing contract with NPPGov is effective from June 8, 2020, to June 8, 2026. The Township is a member of NPPGov and permitted to award contracts pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2b(3) and LFN 2012-10. Any written comments regarding this notice must be received by the Township of West Orange, attn: Purchasing Dept., no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 3, 2022.
