NOTICE OF INTENT - SOURCEWELL NATIONAL COOP/CARRIER

The Township of West Orange is issuing a Notice of Intent to Award a contract under a Sourcewell National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. This agreement will be used for modifying existing equipment and purchasing split units for the West Orange Town Hall, purchasing HVAC equipment for the Rock Spring Golf Club, and acquiring duct modifications for the West Orange Police Building. The cooperative purchasing agreement is with Carrier Corporation, Contract #030817-CAR, with a maturity date of May 8, 2022. Any written comments regarding this notice must be received by the Township of West Orange no later than 10:00 AM on May 5, 2022.
