Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement- John Deere

The Township of West Orange is issuing a Notice of Intent to Award a Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with John Deere. This agreement is for the purchase of a front-end loader for the Department of Public Works. The Township is a member of the Sourcewell cooperative, which allows them to participate in such agreements. Any interested parties with comments or objections must submit them in writing to the Purchasing Department by 4:00 p.m. on August 1, 2022. The Sourcewell contract with John Deere matures on May 13, 2023.
