Notice of Intent to Award Skate Park Equipment

The Township of West Orange is issuing a Notice of Intent to Award a contract for Skate Park Equipment with Pad and Installation. This procurement will utilize a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (NJPA Contract # 022113-ARC) with American Ramp Company. The contract term is from April 14, 2017, to April 14, 2021. Public review of the proposed agreement is available at the Township's Purchasing Department. Written comments are to be received by the Purchasing Department no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 19, 2017.
