Notice of Intent to Use a National Coop

The Township of West Orange is issuing a Notice of Intent to Use a National Cooperative Purchasing Network (KPN) for the purchase and installation of athletic and parking lot lighting from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC. The contract number is KPN-201302-01, with an expiration date of February 28, 2019. This action is permitted under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2b(3). Any written comments regarding this notice must be received by the Township of West Orange Purchasing Department no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 29, 2018.
