Notice of Intent to Use a National Cooperative

The Township of West Orange issued a Notice of Intent to Award a contract for the purchase of artificial turf and field lighting. This procurement will be conducted through a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (Keystone Purchasing Network), specifically utilizing contracts KPN-201203-01 for artificial turf and KPN-201302-01 for field lighting. The Township intends to award the contract to Field Turf, Inc. and Musco Sports Lighting, LLC. The comment period for this notice closes on April 19, 2013.
